About the General Contractor
Tony Hanson started Hanson Custom Homes to combine his years of Residential Construction experience and unique familiarity with a large variety of Commercial Construction projects to bring unique solutions to Residential Construction.
Mr. Hanson started his construction career in 2004 working for what was soon to be one of the largest home builders in the nation, Centex Homes (Pulte Homes). Through the years, he supervised the construction of 400+ Single Family Residential Homes in the Central Florida market.
This experience gave him the insight and procedures in constructing high quality properties in an efficient manner. His attention to detail earned him several awards, bonuses, and accolades from upper management. After several successful years with Centex, Mr. Hanson broadened his construction acumen to Commercial Construction. Working as a Project Manager for local Commercial Companies gave him the insight to start Hanson Construction, a premiere Commercial Construction company serving the Central Florida and Jacksonville markets. Hanson Construction’s reputation for high standards, quality work, and ability to implement complex components soon garnered the attention of local industry decision makers. Hanson Construction was entrusted to manage the construction of 7 floors of the Morgan and Morgan corporate headquarters in downtown Orlando, multiple Foxtail Coffee locations including Foxtail Farmhouse, Ames Corporate Headquarters, and several additional high-profile construction projects. Mr. Hanson has continued to not only create a trusted brand, but also an unmatched company dynamic. This company and employee experience was solidified when Hanson Construction was named #1 Best Place to Work in Orlando by the Orlando Business Journal in 2020, and #2 Best Place to Work in Orlando in 2021.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..”, comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
